To achieve this qualification, you need to successfully complete all three courses in order listed below, starting with BSRV4601 Fundamentals of Real Estate
Step One: You must have completed BSRV4601 Fundamentals of Real Estate with all assessments graded ‘Competent’
Step Two: Submit all assessments for BSRV4602 Law for Real Estate Licensees before
Step Three: Enrolling in BSRV4603 Real Estate Sales and Marketing
Information if paying by student loan
To be eligible to pay your fees via student loan, you need to successfully complete your study for BSRV4601 and BSRV4602 in sequential order and ensure that your study dates (both start and end) fall within your 52 week student loan entitlement period.
To add and include BSRV4603, you will also need to ensure that your study dates for this course fall within the same student loan entitlement dates (refer to course information for more details)
Upon successful completion of BSRV4601 and submission of all BSRV4602 assignments, submit your application for enrolment in BSRV4603, which must start in the month following your completion of BSRV4602. The end date of BSRV4603 needs to be within 52 weeks of the start date of your 52-week loan contract (the start date will be when you commenced BSRV4601).
For example, if you enrol for BSRV4601 in March 2024 and BSRV4602 in May 2024 (ends September 2024), the latest you can enrol in BSRV4603 is October 2024 (ends February 2025) to include that in your loan.
