We recommend you begin your New Zealand Diploma in Engineering study with DE4101 Engineering Fundamentals. This course is the foundation of the NZDE and introduces the areas of study that make up the diploma.
If you have met the required pre-requisites, you can plan your own study path or contact your course leader for guidance. Pre-requisites are shown on the course pages.
Please note this programme is available for part-time study only. You can enrol in a maximum of two courses per trimester.
To achieve the New Zealand Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) (Level 6), you need to complete 16 courses.
