Licensed real estate professionals must complete at least 10 hours of verifiable education each year. This course covers 1 hour of verifiable training.

The purpose of this course is to identify licensee obligations associated with social media and digital communications. 

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • identify relevant legislation and rules associated with social media and digital communication use; 
  • understand common risks and issues associated with social media and digital communication use as a real estate professional;  
  • understand the potential implications and damage for real estate professionals from social media and digital communication use; 
  • describe best practice actions associated with social media and digital communication use in real estate agency work
