Licensed real estate professionals must complete at least 10 hours of verifiable education each year. This course covers 2 hours of verifiable training
The purpose of this course is to identify issues for consumers in the sale and purchase process, and ways the consumer experience can be improved.
Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:
- explain the difference between a contractual warranty and a contractual condition
- explain key clauses and their implications for the sale process
- explain the key requirements for clauses added to the Further Terms of Sale
- discuss why and when issues can arise during the sale and purchase process, and how to prevent these issues
- explain remedies and rights when there are issues with the agreement.
