This course provides students with knowledge and skills in key areas of operational and strategic management for a real estate business in Aotearoa New Zealand. Students will evaluate the operation of trust accounts, analyse anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism rules to scenarios, gain strategic marketing skills, learn to lead teams professionally and ethically, and recommend risk management strategies in a real estate context.
