Students will learn about the importance of cultural inclusiveness that leads to opportunities in an Aotearoa New Zealand real estate context. Students will develop policies based on professional, ethical, and corporate social responsibility principles that support these communication and strategic relationship goals.

Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to:

  • Use relationship building skills to communicate with external stakeholders and networks in a real estate scenario.
  • Participate in given scenarios for networking initiatives, projects, and events relevant to a real estate business.
  • Apply cross-cultural approaches in communication and collaboration strategies with industry and communities to foster cultural inclusion.
  • Recommend market opportunities that support and enhance cultural inclusion in the real estate business.
  • Develop policies that comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet professional, ethical, and corporate social responsibility standards, to achieve strategic business objectives in a real estate context.
