Learners who successfully complete this online course will be able to: 

  • utilise features, functions and settings of software applications in order to plan and create business documents within an IT industry context 
  • design and create business documents that meet the requirements of a specified brief

  • In this course, you will learn about:
  • intermediate level use of a variety of relevant software applications including word processing, spreadsheet,
  • interactive web pages, presentation, database; use of basic web and image editing software 
    search strategies and techniques
  • integrating data, images and information across applications to produce specified outcomes

The programme is specifically designed for a Windows / Microsoft environment. You will not be able to complete this qualification using a tablet, Chromebook, or Apple Mac computer.
