This course is for students who wish to learn how to manage information systems at a strategic and operational level in order to add value to an enterprise. It enables people to ensure that information systems and technology goals are aligned with the business goals, and it covers areas such as strategy planning, knowledge management, service level agreements, security, privacy and cultural issues.
