Applications to withdraw must be made in writing. We count the date we get your application as the date of withdrawal. To apply to withdraw fill in the Request to Withdraw form at the back of the Student Handbook which you will receive once your enrolment is confirmed, or download the form below, or send a detailed email with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be eligible for a refund of fees*, provided we have received your written application to withdraw within 28 days from the start date of your enrolment period and:
You may apply to withdraw after 28 days and up to 75% of your enrolment period but no refund will apply.
You cannot apply to withdraw after 75% of your enrolment period and your academic transcript will record the courses as 'Failed to Submit.'
